Alex has built his business from a young age using firsthand expertise working alongside top producers in the initial stages of his career- quickly mastering the art of buying, selling, and investing real estate. Alex has the power of real estate synergy at his side and brings tremendous value to the table.

Alex was raised in Northern Colorado, and it shows. He has his finger on the Area’s pulse and prides himself on being able to navigate this area from every angle ranging from community events, hospitality, art, and cuisine. His vast network of diverse social scenes has become his strength and advantage when managing his clients. His wholistic approach to “intelligent advisory,” however, is based in numbers and statistics, where he feels “there is no substitute for the facts.” He has an unmatched grasp on property value and is involved in continuing education that separates him from any of his competition.

Prior to beginning his residential real estate career, he worked several years for Prologis, the largest industrial real estate investment trust in the US, working through two multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Here he assisted in merging building acquisitions onto the companies portfolio in Cincinnati, Columbus, Houston, Indianapolis, Nashville and Louisville markets.

Alex loves the area that made him who he is today and is deeply involved in the community. He briefly left Northern Colorado to receive his bachelor’s degree at University of Colorado, Boulder (Go Buffs!) receiving highest University Honors within Business, Finance, and Accounting. Additionally, Alex is 100% bilingual in Spanish, opening an entire market of opportunity for his clientele. Alex currently resides in West Greeley with his wife Jaylin and Daughter’s Noa and Luna.
