It is impossible for me say how tirelessly Ashley worked to get our Steamboat townhome sold. It was a very difficult sale as our HOA had a sizeable pending special assessment for repair to the foundation of our building. Underwriters would not authorize banks to loan to buyers under those circumstances. A process that should have taken only a week or 2 to get our property under contract took 3 months because of our HOA situation. Ashley was in it with us from start to finish. Always encouraging and positive that we would get our townhome sold. It was a very challenging process, but Ashley was there for us at every turn getting us over the next hurdle. Where to begin...a few months before putting our Steamboat townhome on the market we purchased a home in Tucson, AZ. When we did put our townhome on the market, there was great interest, BUT as it turns out our HOA had an upcoming large, special assessment for repairs to the foundation. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She is always attentive to my needs and responds to my questions quickly .

Ashley is friendly, communicates well, explains the terms and conditions clearly and draws one's attention to the relevant and critical terms and conditions of an offer and counter offers, including time frame. As a foreign seller, time lines were critical as I was not in the USA for closure. She followed up all documents and every step of the sale, even when an accountant and/or Land Title representative was appointed. As a considerably younger person, without the extensive negotiating experience had by me, my refusal to counter offer on a number of occasions probably surprised her. Ashley's negotiating skills were smooth, but I suspect are now tougher and 5 star as a result of this particular transaction..
