Brandon Wells has served as the President/CEO of employee-owned The Group, Inc. Real Estate since January 2018. He was tapped as The Group’s first Chief Technology Officer in 2014, and was elevated to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2017.

After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, he worked for a brokerage in Albuquerque for 10 years, working his way up from sales associate to sales manager and was the director of web services and operations when The Group recruited him. Wells's goal is to ensure real estate will see the benefit of efficiency through technology while not sacrificing the core element that this is a relationship first business; The Group works to constantly improve its systems and provide services that save time and energy while simplifying the customer’s experience.

As a member of the Rocky Mountain Multisport Triathlon Race Team, Brandon competes primarily at the Ironman 70.3 distance and has qualified and competed in 3 world championships. When he isn't training, he is exploring all the amazing outdoor activities Northern Colorado offers.
