I grew up in Nebraska as the daughter of a farmer but have lived in Northern Colorado since 1984. I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Phoenix - Denver, which laid a solid foundation for my future professional endeavors. Before starting my career as a real estate agent, I was with the United States Postal Service for 18 years, serving for seven years as Postmaster. And In 2002, I launched my career in real estate and haven't looked back since.
As a real estate agent, I thrive on communication and empathy. My clients aren't just transactions; they're individuals with unique needs and dreams. Listening to them is key, and I make sure I'm always accessible to address any concerns or questions they may have. One thing I pride myself on is being a reliable resource. Whether it's finding the perfect home or recommending a trustworthy plumber, I'm there to help my customers every step of the way. I work with a wide range of clients in unique circumstances, but have developed a special passion for assisting seniors with decluttering, downsizing and rightsizing. No matter who I'm working with, it's not just about buying or selling a house; it's about building trust and making a positive impact in people's lives.
I live in Greeley, where I've lived the majority of my time since moving to Northern Colorado. I have two young adult sons, Calven and Lukas, who both attended Montana Tech in Butte, Montana. In my free time, I love spending time with friends, traveling abroad, and being outdoors, whether it's golfing, walking, exercising, skiing or boating.
I’ve known Cathy for a few years. It was a great pleasure working with her. She is a true professional in her field. Thank you
Cathy kept me updated frequently. She guided me every step in the selling of the property. Most of all, she was so pleasant each and every time we talked.
We are very pleased with Cathy's professionalism and expert handling of our sale and purchase of our property. Nick and Janet Giesick
