Dave moved to the Yampa Valley in 1988 to pursue his own dream of living in a ski town. He loves it here as much as anyone and since 1990 he has been serving as a trusted real estate adviser to both buyers and sellers. His priority is always to help his clients meet their goals and objectives. Having successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of real estate sales, Dave has the skills to ensure that your transaction is handled in a prompt, professional manner.

Dave believes it is important to give back to the community and industry that has given him so much. He has served as Vice President of the local Board of Realtors and as a Director on the Colorado Association of Realtors. He also served for several years on the Legislative Policy Committee for the Colorado State Association of Realtors. Dave then spent six years on the Board of Directors for Lift Up of Routt County and is proud to have helped them achieve the goal of expanding their food bank and thrift store operations. Dave has also served as a mentor to local youth in the Music with Vision program.

Dave has been honored with many top production awards over the years including a Rookie of the Year award and many others that have placed him in the top tier of brokers nationwide.

Dave has experience in all types of real estate transactions including residential, second home, development, ranch and commercial. As a real estate investor himself, Dave also understands the needs of buyers and sellers working in out-of-town markets.

When he isn't helping his client's meet their objectives, you'll find Dave taking full advantage of all that the Steamboat has to offer. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, hiker, fly fisherman and golfer. He also plays guitar and sings, so you might even occasionally see him playing at a local venue.
