Dianne Bertini has been in Steamboat real estate for nearly 10 years. She is an established Real Estate Broker Associate and Partner at The Group Real Estate representing Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Clark, Oak Creek and surrounding Routt County. From first time homebuyers to savvy investors, ski condos to ranches, short-term rental restrictions to water rights, buyer’s markets and seller’s markets, Dianne has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the complexities of Colorado real estate.

Dianne grew up in the Colorado Springs area. Shawn, her husband, and Dianne dreamed of raising their family in a ski town and decided on Steamboat for its mix of relative affordability, strong sense of community, year-round outdoor recreation and the regional airport (HDN). In 2013, their dream came true and they moved to Steamboat Springs. They spent that summer living in their 1976 Airstream with 2 children and 3 dogs while they rehabbed a dilapidated old barn house. When asked about the move to Steamboat, Dianne says, “I can not imagine a better place to raise children. We love the slower pace, the safe, family friendly community, the beauty of nature all around and taking part in the Steamboat lifestyle.”

Prior to real estate, Dianne worked in marketing and community relations. She is creative in her approach and delightful in demeanor. For fun, Dianne can be found hiking or snowshoeing with her dogs (Chispa & Yoda), camping with her husband, soaking up any time her teenagers will afford her, and living out her rockstar dreams on stage at the Steamboat Cabaret, an annual fundraiser for Steamboat Creates.
