Frank Glenn - Realtor at The Group

Here is a little bit about me. I am a son of steelworkers on both sides of the family, born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. I grew up loving the Broncos and Nuggets, and all things Colorado…a true Colorado homer. Sundays were spent eating pasta with family and watching the Broncos!

I attended Colorado School of Mines while a scholarship pitcher on the baseball team (I was fortunate to have a great uncle, also named Frank and left-handed, that pitched in the MLB with Satchel Paige). He passed away before I was born, but his career was always an inspiration to me.

Graduating with a geophysical engineering degree, I was lured away from our beautiful state to Texas for 2 years, coming back in 1999 to attend CU Boulder for an MBA in real estate and finance. After graduation, I worked for a local commercial developer, providing financial analysis for large commercial real estate developments along the Front Range. While working in this capacity, I gained valuable experience in the commercial market, including representing both Buyers and Tenants as a licensed broker. I helped facilitate over 20 commercial real estate transactions during this time of my career.

In 2011, I started the transition from commercial to residential real estate, eventually leading me to The Group in 2015. This year, 2024, will mark 25 years for me now in real estate. What a ride!

In addition to moving back to Colorado for school, the year 1999 was also a milestone for me personally….my first date with my wife Lesli! Lesli has been a teacher in the Poudre School District at the same school since 2004. We have two children, Kami (17) and Alec (16). I retired after 7 years from coaching my son’s baseball team now that he is in high school. Our greatest joys are watching our son’s baseball games and daughter’s dance competitions. Our family would not be complete without our two rescue dogs Swiss and Skittle. We enjoy getting out and about with the two dogs, often starting our weekend walking around Spring Canyon. I volunteer one day a week in my wife’s classroom assisting with math lessons.

The most important question is how do my work experiences assist you in either buying or selling a home? It helps in a few key areas……

 1. The experience brought on by my career in real estate now for 25 years! There have

been a few different markets over that time, including the end of the buyer’s market in

2011. I am proud to have a 100% success rate in selling a listing, including my first 3

listings from 2011, when it felt like zero buyers were in the market. I have experienced just

about everything in this business, and love to talk and answer questions about either my

seller process in listing a home, or buyer process finding and closing on a home. Please

click on the Testimonials tab on this page, to hear from a few past clients!

 2. Being a very analytical person, I utilize my experiences over the years to help evaluate

real estate options based on risk. I am happy to share my advice on whether one home is a

better option versus another comparing location/lot/layout/HOA/etc. The choice will

;ultimately be yours in the end but will do my best to provide as much information as

possible  to make a well-informed decision.

 3. Real estate has been a huge part of our family, and plans for retirement one day. I would

love to share my thoughts on real estate, and why it is a great investment.

Feel free to reach out with any questions! Always happy to help.
