Kathleen Hollerbach has been with The Group since 2011. She started as a selling agent with the brokerage and transitioned into the position of Referral Coordinator in 2014. In 2015 she moved up into the Relocation Director role.

Kathleen is a licensed REALTOR, a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a past Rookie of the Year nominee for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors (2012), was the past Events Chair for FCBR, has served on the Board of Directors for Pathways Hospice, and is currently on the LaPorte Area Planning Advisory Committee for Larimer County.

Kathleen has her CRP designation (Certified Relocation Professional) from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, and her GRP (Global Relocation Professional) from the Leading Real Estate Companies Of The World. She is a highly experienced Relocation Professional with a strong passion for everything related to corporate and individual relocation, as well as referral management.

Kathleen is married to David Hollerbach, who is in commercial construction management. They have two grown daughters and one grandson. They live in an old farmhouse that they urban-homestead with chickens and honeybees, as they lovingly renovate it and bring it back to a wonderful family home. Kathleen is originally from New Jersey. She and her husband and children have also lived in northern California and southwest Florida, and now northern Colorado, so she really understands what it takes to relocate a family. She loves to spend time with her family, knit, read, bicycle, hike, and enjoy all of the wonderful craft beers and breweries in Northern Colorado.
