We had a great experience working with Marne Roberts! We first met with her in December of 2022 where she talked with us about the land market and encouraged us to hold off a bit before we listed our land. In March she contacted us and advised us that the time was right... we listed it with her and within 48 hours had an offer that we then counter offered and within about an hour had an accepted offer.
