Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Marketing and earned her Masters Degree in Sports Marketing. She migrated west from her Midwest roots over 20 years ago to raise their kids in the mountains, and has been in construction and real estate since that time. Her construction knowledge and staging expertise create a unique niche in her business and allows her to uniquely advise buyers and sellers. Craig Keefe joined Kelly Becker as a broker on the The Becker Team. Craig brings a unique background to the industry. In recent years, Craig has been involved in the construction industry, including building several homes, managing renovations and personally investing in and renovating properties. Prior to his real estate endeavors, he served as a private yacht captain for a high net worth family for over two decades, showcasing his dedication, attention to detail and prioritizing client needs.

Craig's best qualities include his exceptional listening skills, strong work ethic, and accountability. He prioritizes effective communication, ensuring that clients' needs are understood and met. With 25 years of residency in Steamboat Springs, Craig possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Craig finds fulfillment in contributing to the community he loves. Craig and his wife Lori have been married for 27 years and have three children, Quinn, Allie, and Grady, who were born and raised in Steamboat Springs. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Craig graduated from Purdue University, and then moved West, enjoying the mountains of Colorado for over three decades. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys engaging in various activities throughout the seasons, including mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and immersing himself in all that Colorado has to offer.
