Marci and Tom came to Steamboat from Arizona with their 5-month old, two dogs and one cat in 1991. Marci got her start in real estate working as Tom’s assistant for 11 years. As time went on, she excelled and wanted to be able to provide more services to benefit their clients. She has been licensed for more than 20 years now. Tom retired from the business in 2022 and thankfully they already had someone in place.
Their son Zach grew up in the great community of Steamboat. He embodies the outdoorsy and active lifestyle that is well known in the Yampa Valley and he loves introducing clients and friends to new sports, trails and events. After joking about never wanting to follow in his parents’ footsteps through high school and college, he was inevitably drawn to the family business in 2017. He takes great pride in being a second-generation Steamboat realtor and continuing his family’s legacy.

My experience with Zach and the Valicenti team was the best I've had with any real estate brokerage. Zach is responsive, reliable, attentive to details, excellent at strategizing for the best outcome, and extremely pleasant to deal with. When we got the one we wanted, Zach worked on the contract that night. He got the offer finished quickly and the seller took our offer versus several other offer options.
