From Denver
Take I-70 west to the Silverthorne exit. Take Colorado Highway 9 north to Kremmling, where you join US-40 and go west towards Steamboat Springs. After Rabbit Ears Pass, you will arrive in the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs.
From Colorado Springs
Take I-25 north to C-470 west until you come to exits for I-70. Take I-70 west through the Eisenhower Tunnel to the Silverthorne exit. Take Colorado Highway 9 north to Kremmling, then west on US-40 over Rabbit Ears Pass, which drops into Steamboat Springs.
From Fort Collins
Take CO-14 through Poudre Canyon, over Cameron Pass and continue on through Walden, until the road meets US-40. Take a right and head west over Rabbit Ears Pass and into Steamboat Springs.
From Grand Junction
Take I-70 east through Glenwood Canyon and onto exit 157 for Wolcott and CO-131 N. Take a left on US-6 west and right onto CO-131 going north until the road ends. Take a left to go east on US-40 for several miles into Steamboat Springs.
From Salt Lake City
Take US-40/UT-189 South to Heber City, UT. Stay on US-40 east to Steamboat Springs.
