Token Tuesday

Where? 910 Yampa Street #103
Close out the year with another Token Tuesday at Mountain Tap Brewery. This is your opportunity to purchase and drink a beer and DO GOOD for the community. Each month, the brewery selects four local nonprofit organizations to support. On Token Tuesday, each guest will receive a wooden token for every beer they purchase. Before heading home for the evening, you can select which of the four organizations you want to support by depositing your token into that organization’s Token Tuesday box. At the end of the month, Mountain Tap Brewery will empty the box, add up the tokens, and present each organization with $1 for every token they receive. Whichever organization achieves the most tokens will be dubbed “King of the Mountain Tap” and get to stay on as a beneficiary for another month. The November and December Token Tuesday beneficiaries are The Cycle Effect, Yampa Valley Gives, Routt County Wildfire Mitigation Council, and the Yampa Valley Sustainability Council. Since July 2016, the brewery has presented over $60,000 due to Token Tuesday’s participation!
