This date night is priced at $200 per couple for ages 18 and up. Advanced registration is required. The instructor will guide a total of four couples through the basic steps of throwing on the potter’s wheel. Attendees are welcome to bring snacks, beer, wine, or other beverages to enjoy during class. There will be aprons available but couples are encouraged to wear clothing that they don’t mind getting dirty. While a two-hour class isn’t very long in the grand scheme of learning ceramics, it’s a great introduction to the craft and can be a memorable learning experience with your special someone on how to create a bowl or a cup form on the wheel. Students can save up to two pots each and choose a single glaze color per piece before the end of class. Pieces will be ready for pickup or shipment after about a month!
