Every picture was taken on the ranch in 1st, 2nd and 3rd seasons in 2021. Yes, this is an outstanding hunting and recreational ranch! The ranch consist of approximately 2603 acres that are made up of aspen bowls, several deep draws, numerous pockets, springs and live water! The ranch is located in hunting unit 4 and qualifies for numerous deer and antelope vouchers. The ranch is in an over the counter elk unit. Consisting of 2603 acres with a general topography of gentle sloping hills, pockets and draws with live water. The bottom portion of the ranch consist of live water from Willow Creek with willows and beaver ponds through the bottom. After crossing the creek and cresting the small ridge the ranch opens up into a wonderful oasis. The ranch has a a secondary creek bottom that is fed by springs providing another year around water source on the ranch. The secondary creek bottom is filled with mature cottonwood trees providing great cover. From east to west the ranch has numerous draws with different vegetation in each showing the great diversity of the ranch. The ranch has great spring, summer and fall pasture. The ranch could easily support 150 pair throughout the early spring, summer and fall months. On top of Willow Creek, the secondary creek there are springs and numerous run off storage ponds throughout the ranch providing good livestock water. The ranch is located in hunting unit 4 and is northeast of Craig, Colorado and southeast of Baggs, Wyoming.
