Class Requirements

  • Willingness to learn, passion to grow, desire to help others.
  • Must be actively studying to take the real estate license exam or have already passed the exam. This is not a test prep class.
  • Commitment to become a full-time Realtor® in Routt County, Colorado.
  • Desire to join Colorado Group Realty full-time upon class completion.
  • Must attend minimum 8 out of 10 training sessions.
  • Required reading:  Ninja Selling & Millionaire Real Estate Agent.
  • Watch one webinar per week (directed by class instructors) outside of group training.
